The cocoa used for the dark chocolate bar with coffee is Fairtrade certified and comes from Peru.

Intensely flavoured chocolate with a light aroma of coffee. The recipe for Alce Nero organic dark chocolate bar with coffee 70% cocoa is based on single-origin Peruvian cocoa, which is enhanced by the bar's slim format, which allows the taste of the selected cocoa and the hint of the coffee to be savoured to its fullest.

The many producers, including our partner Norandino, produce our cocoa and whole cane sugar from the Slow Food Tailin Presidium, both of which are organic and Fairtrade certified contained in this bar. After roasting, the beans are skilfully processed by our partner, the ancient Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Stella.

The Alce Nero organic dark chocolate bar with coffee 70% cocoa does not contain soy lecithin.
