The Alce Nero organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is made from Italian grape must and produced by adding wine vinegar to concentrated organic grape must and cooked organic grape must.
The musts are obtained from grapes exclusively from selected grape varieties. The Consortium Profile system identifies Alce Nero IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar with three marks, to indicate that it is a medium density product with a sweet and sour flavour. It is ideal for the preparation of marinades, risottos and pasta.
