The Alce Nero organic khorasan whole wheat flakes are ideal for breakfast. They are made from Khorasan wheat cultivated in Italy, without any added ingredients. The Alce Nero organic khorasan whole wheat flakes are free from added sugar (except for sugars naturally present in Khorasan flour). They are low in fat and naturally rich in fibre as they are made from 100% wholemeal Khorasan. Once harvested and cleaned, Khorasan wheat is steamed using nothing but water. It is then left to rest, turned into flakes and toasted.

The Alce Nero organic khorasan whole wheat flakes stays crunchy and are ideal with milk or yoghurt, honey, fresh or dried fruit.
