The Alce Nero organic monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Biancolilla cultivar.

A straw yellow oil with golden hues and aromas ranging from artichoke to tomato and fresh grass.The Alce Nero organic monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive goes well with raw and cooked vegetables, soups and grilled fish.

The Alce Nero organic monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil is produced by the Cooperative AIP OLIVO S.C.A.p.A. in Palermo. The olives are harvested between October and January, manually and with the help of mechanical facilitators to minimise the damage that the fruit may suffer. Once harvested, olives are sent to the press, where the production process begins, transforming the olives into oil by means of cold pressing.
