The Alce Nero Tarallini with extra virgin olive oil are made from organic soft wheat grown in Italy and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil produced by our Italian olive growers.

Our tarallino is made according to the traditional recipe and is the result of a special production process involving two cooking processes: first boiling in water and then baking in the oven; That's why they are so crispy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
