The Alce Nero organic whole durum wheat and chickpea fusilli are made with a 100% italian whole durum wheat and legumes.

These fusilli are kneaded with spring water from the Trentino Alps. They are a delicious alternative to traditional pasta due to a higher protein intake and lower carbohydrate content. They are a source of fibre because they are made from wholemeal wheat and an important source of protein as they contain 50% of chickpeas.

Thanks to their savory and delicous taste, the Alce Nero organic whole durum wheat and letil fusilli,are excellent with all condiments and hold their shape perfectly when cooked.
